Meet the Partners

Paul Kelly

Managing Partner

Paul Kelly is the Managing Partner of Collins & Co. His areas of expertise include tax advice, business advisory, superannuation specialising in SMSF and structuring for asset protection, wealth creation and tax minimisation.

For over 20 years at Collins & Co, Paul has been providing direct consulting advice, to family-owned businesses in order to structure their affairs, to maximise and protect their wealth. Paul is qualified to provide advice to clients, about the benefits of superannuation and in particular self-managed super funds, under the Collins & Co Australian Financial Services Licence.

Paul consults with many family-owned businesses, across various industries with turnovers from $2 Million to $20 Million, however, there are some that have a turnover of up to $80 million.

“Nothing satisfies me more, from a business perspective, than to help put in place an overall wealth/retirement plan to meet our client’s goals and see them enjoy the fruits of their labour. Or a strategy that has been put in place to minimise tax for the family business and other assets, especially if the Tax payable is Nil. We all want to pay our fair share of tax…….nothing more, nothing less, however, if the rules allow us to pay no tax, then we would be silly not to take advantage of such rules”  – Paul.

Paul stays fit both lifting weights in the gym, and with 2 active boys at home, either kicking a footy, riding a bike or shooting hoops. Both Paul and his wife are passionate about ensuring the boys are having fun and enjoying life.

Please get in touch with Paul, who is ready to assist you in planning for your successful financial future to retirement.
